Store has probably the worst service I have ever experienced. Never answer their phones no matter when you call, staff ignore you at the cafe, wait 1 hr+ for curbside pick up orders... this store is an operational nightmare and its so sad because I love their products

I'm just in town for the weekend and needed to pick up a few things. I found this location just fine for my needs. I love the organic eggs and the berries, sometimes the organic beef. Conveniently located, even right next to Walmart, and well stocked and managed.

I love this place and yes we also have a Costco card. But I feel there is no comparison. Maybe be cause of Walmart but I feel Sam’s connect more with the people. And the people at the checkout are really helpful and sometimes go way out of their way. Yes I enjoy the Sam’s cash like a lot. Five stars for sure.

My senses are overwhelmed with the robotic inventory scanners constantly emitting a high pitch chirp throughout the store. Also most of the checkouts are self scanned - however much of the merchandise has the UPC code on the bottom, so you need to lift it above your head to scan and try not to spill.

Just had the worst experience ever. Jeff at the front was helping us, get 2 items. One that had 11 in store and the other had 5. He said wait here, I’ll have someone come help you. After about 20 minutes of waiting I walked up to the front. He walked away from me. I followed him and asked him regarding how long I’ll have to wait. He goes “I said I’ll have to find someone, and no one has gotten back to me” I responded with “so I’m just to wait back there till tomorrow when you get a response”. Were simply trying to buy products and spend money, and we even called 2 days ago to have the products brought down overnight from up top.
